• To receive and reply to your Instagram direct messages
• To improve automated responses and prevent abuse

Legal basis

We process data to perform a service you request (responding to your messages) and to pursue our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.

Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is required by law or you request deletion earlier.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting) and only as necessary.
